"Designing Web Usability" was released in 2000 and provides some brilliant advice on how to build usable sites and systems. The book discusses web usability related to page, content, site, and intranet design.
May 2006 saw the release of Jakob's second book following on from his first. "Prioritizing Web Usability" describes Web site usability through critiques of real-world sites, covering such factors as legibility, navigability, searchability, and design.
